I thought it was starting in 94-96, but i'd assume its because the hubs have a different type of seal or something, its like a double seal vs the old ones....

Thats what I was thinking too but the double seal didn't start till 96? My 95 has single seal and 5 bolt hubs...built in 8/94 though

That kit is most likely for non ABS trucks. Beyond that, the spindles are different in the 96s. I think that with an entire rebuild kit like that, you could install on any ttb, but in later models, you would lose abs...
