Driving down the road today heard a clicking noise then the motor shut off. Tried to restart it but it wouldn't turn over. The crankshaft pully twists up when cranking it over. Any one have an idea what could be wrong?

Twists up? Can you explain a little more?

Years ago, I had the clicking noise, motor shut down. Got out and my crankshaft pulley was touching my radiator. My crankshaft broke.

The bottom of the pully is trying to twist up to the radiator
Can you post a video?

Pull the distributor cap and verify the rotor is spinning. If the crank broke, it probably won't spin to the tune of the starter.

Could be a few things as mentioned above, broken crank, bolt came out of the pull nad let the pull slide off the crank, broken balencer. Remove the belt and see if you can pull the pully off.
If the bolt came loose and the pully walked itself off the crank make sure the keyway in the cranksharft is still good.
