Hey guys, quick question, does anyone know if the cruise control cable has anything to do with shift pressure at all? On a 95 e4od

Yo Runs,
I haven't seen any relationship.
For example;

Zero effect on the transmission line pressure. That is controlled by the PCM (computer).

Ok thanks guys. Now correct me if I’m wrong, check the trans fluid with it running, warm, and in neutral right?

Yo Runs,
  1. Start engine. Move the transmission range selector lever through all gear ranges, checking for engagements.
  1. Check and adjust the transmission fluid level in 0.24 liter (0.5-pint) increments to the proper level (cross-hatched area of the fluid level indicator (7A020) at normal operating temperatures).
  2. See more related info @ 1996 Bronco/F-Series
