Hi, can some one explain how to remove the dash pad from a 79 bronco, I am able to see 5 screws in front of the pad, on top of the dash, but there seems to be held in place from underneath too?? Are there more screws inside the dash holding it in place?

There are no screws on the top of the dash pad that come out. Those phillips screws hold the dash to the cab.

You need to remove the instrument cluster and glovebox. There are 8 screws total holding the dash pad on. 2 at each end, 2 in the center and 2 more between center and ends. They take an 11/32" socket.
