Ok, my 1994 Bronco with the 5.0 was running fine but it was pretty dirty under the hood so I decided to detail it under there. Ran the engine, degreased and rinsed it all down, then sprayed engine dressing on it. It looks great now. Problem is it wrong start now? Pulled the cap and rotor to see if they got wet, there where fine. checked coil wires, all good there too.

It turned over but just sounds like it's now getting any spark?

Glad you got it going.
When this happened to me, I think it was the cap/rotor.
Because after cleaning the contacts inside there, all was fine again.
I think mine was visiblly wet under the cap though.

I've sprayed down a LOT of engines but the Bronco was the first to ever give me a problem after a cleaning.

I always put a grocery bag over the dist cap; relays; and air intake when cleaning engine bays. If you want to be picky wipe the those areas with a damp rag to clean them.

What do you use?
Nothing in particular.
Various degreasers + elbow grease.

I do use common sense and stay away from electronics as much as possible.
You can't avoid them 100% but there is no sense in taking more chances than you have to.
