Whats the difference in these two? Can I plug the 94 8.8 speed sensor into the 10.25? If not, any splicing I'll have to do to get the 1.25 to work?

REason I'm asking is the 10.25 speed sensor is busted off. Since I didn't need it in my 85 Bronco I never fixed it. But the 8.8 has a perfectly good one.

I guess I could have gone to the parts stores website.. :)

Napa lists them as the same: ATP 16501

when we did the axle swap in mine, I took the 8.8 sensor out, and put it in the 10.5. The O ring was leaking, so I just ordered a new 10.25 sensor and popped it in, both the 8.8, and the 10.25 sensor worked perfectly

ok cool. Maybe I'll just go ahead and buy a new one. Save the old one as a spare.
