Why are you gonna make pins? Ford among others have them in stock.If they don't list an F series or Bronco, a 79-93 Mustang will work.

Its a really good idea to have help, my dad helped me with mine. Pretty cool cuz it was the first thing we ever did on a vehicle together. The second he just had to stand back and watch... amazed that I could do what we were doing. Kinda a one man operation anyways... broken front wheel stud (hub/bearing removal)

I'd say 65 is pretty close. I installed a fully loaded door by myself a couple of days ago, but I'm a horrible judge of weight. All I can say is that it's not that hard.



BTW
I got the fender put on & aligned this afternoon. :D
