1984 Ford Bronco. Driverside tail light (1157) is not working. Brake light works, blinker light works, and flashers work. But the the tail light? Tired new bulb, tried new socket, but still the same problem???

I put a test light in the socket and there's no power with just the running light/tail lights are on

There's your problem, a failure somewhere in the running light circuit to that light.
I'm assuming the other three corners are working?

yes all three others work fine, and now my tailgate power window isn't working ether

Try taking the taillight housing off and check all of the grounds behind that light. If I recall, there are grounds there for the taillights, and the tailgate.

As for the tailgate, does it not work with the key switch, the dash switch, or both?
