Well I tried to put on the drop brackets with the mounts already bolted to them on the bronco last night and I couldn't get all of the holes to line up. If I can only get 3 or 4 of the holes to line up do you think that would be enough to hold them? I saw that Nameless has 4 bolts in his in the extended arm thread. Do you really need all 6?

had the same problem with the brackets on my 89', took a couple of tries and I had to ream out 2 of the chassis holes but finally got them to fit.

Same problem on my 79 Bronco.

I just drilled out, elongated or relocated the holes on the drop bracket. I did not drill new holes in the frame, just did all the alterations on the drop brackets. I didn't want to put new holes in my frame. This also allows you to use all of the bolts that it was designed to use.
