Been running daisy chained, duel batteries in my '73 F250 plow truck for years now. No issues running the flatbed hoist/elec. winch, western plow, spinning/flashing light bar, stereo. I did install a 160A 3G alternator with the big fuse protection and thicker wires.

cut those battery tie downs to size man. stick a rubber cap on 'em or something. you're going to impale yourself that way. 😁
is it everything you'd hoped for? I lean heavy into the "it's better to have it and not need it..." train of thought when it comes to these things.
