need some help guys and gals im installing a dana 60 in my 78 bronco im using the duff arms and the duff C weld ons heres a pic i got to much gap. has anyone ran into this before? and what did you do to fix it?

There is a spacer kit also for the 60 look on Duffs site they show them there.

These are made for a Dana 60 using Duff's arms and wedges, it doesn't how thick they are but they do come with longer grade 8 hardware. They are at the bottom of the page.

Seems the way to go to me.

ive looked at the spacer kit its less then a half inch flat stock.
I believe it's the combination of trimming the wedges and the spacers that make it all work together there are a dozen guys on here that have done it 79f150 jumps off the tip of my head but I know there are many others. I am waiting to do mine so I am just not able to say been there done that.

i just trimmed down the wedges and theres not much left to them im thinking about the bloody knuckle dana 60 weld ons are they good or will they hamper the articulation?
