Now, I know a lot of you have experienced this. I've got a lot of dust (dirt?) that has collected inside the lens, and inside of my instrument cluster. How difficult is it to get that lens off? Please don't tell me you can only go in from behind!

No, you can remove the slear cover. IT's still not a 15 minute job.

I've found that cleaning can make things worse. Some of the paint can rub off. And if you leave any dust is will be even more noticable

the clear part comes off in like 2 min with a nut driver...

wash it with hot water and soap, rinse well, let dry completely before reinstalling..

to clean the actuall gauge cluster, if you cannot spray the dust out with your air compressor, get a very long light bristled brush and dust the basta'd :D
