I was looking at your superford site, and your skid plate... What did you use to strengthen it in the middle? Thanks, alot and keep posting pics.

I used a peice of 1x1 think wall sqaure tube I found at the steel yard. worked perfect and made all the difference in strength on that skid.

Thanks, I thought it was something easy like that... I am trying to draw up all the different things I want, since I have a few more months before I can blow lots of cash...

just make sure its a think peice that you put in there otherwise it want do squat. just fyi I can jack the truck up off of that skid :chili:

Oh, thought you were talking about me. I simply used 1.5x1.5 tubing I found at the local hardware store.
