My truck came with those. I think they came with a couple different packages, but in my case, it came as part of the "Handling Package"

The quad shocks were part of a package that Ford called the "Heavy Front Service Package." It was available on F-150s also and I believe maybe F-250s. The Eddie Bauer interior package started on the Fullsize Broncos in '85 after Ford found it to be a success on the BroncoIIs which the package was originally offered on 1-2 yrs earlier. The 302 is the base engine for the package with the 351 as the option, even though I have seen a good many Eddie Bauer F-150s that came with the 300 I6. So the 302 may not have been the original base engine.
