Hey everyone, this is my first post on here, ill do the intro thing later on. First off, i did a search i swear! my computer barely works so i dont do too much browsing.
I am replacing the stock holley on my 86 bronco 351w w/3 speed AT(C6?) with a edelbrock 1406, seems to be a popular swap but i need to know real quick if i can get rid of the 2 black boxes down in front of the alternator that have a line going back to the gas tank. Or.. if theres a way to just run a line or something since my emissions are history. Also, after removing the old carb i see something on top of the manifold with a little rod on it and is bolted into the manifold on the drivers side.
I know this is kinda basic but i dont know much about carburetors and all this. Maybe theres a good how to article somewhere that i missed dunno but any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
