Sup Guys?!

I did some work to the BKO today and now have a problem.
I installed a sandwich adapter with pressure sender port between the block and oil filter so I can install new guage and leave stock one operating.
Anyway, I got everything installed and changed the oil and filter.
I filled her up with oil(mobil one) and started her up. Now I have a light clacking/loud ticking coming from the engine.
The factory gauge shows no oil pressure the new aftermarket gauge shows 50 lbs. I'm assuming there is no oil pressure cuz of the clacking. Any ideas??
Should I assume its somthing to do with the sanwich adapter??

Remove the adapter and try it, is the adapter on correctly "does it have a one way valve"

Problem solved. It was a "not thinking" mistake on my part. The adapter also has cooler line ports, since I wasn't ready to install the cooler I capped the ports, and oil wasn't circulating. I took it off, problem solved.

Yes it was, glad I was smart enough to shut it down after a few minutes...specially on a rebuilt engine with with less than 10 grand on her.
