I checked, I thought it was called toreno red or something, and i sprayed and its not the same color. I have the darker red with the tan, EB edition, i cant find paint codes anywhere.

You look on the sticker that's on your truck? It should have the paint code on there

edit: also does this somewhat correspond to the paint at the parts store? because The book at the parts store has a 98 - older section, doesn't list 90s specifically

You should be able to take that code to a auto paint store and they should be able to color match it for you.
