This dude sold me a "wroking" 205 case that needs a complete rebuild and I got a punch broke off inside the case in the middle of the roll pin in the fork... how it the name of god am I supposed to get this out..l. anybody??? please!

Couldn't of been that working if it needed a complete rebuild.

Your probablly going to have to drill it out.

How the F do you break a punch? You'll get the piece out, sometime after more of the teardown. Just keep going ...

use a finer punch to tap the broken piece out... take care not to break this one

You're gonna have to keep punching until the pin and broken punch are through the fork, then remove the fork as originally intended and take a look at what you got.

yeah I try punchin the whole thing through, but there must be just too much rust and the pin is bound up... i do not know how I broke a punch... can i get the shafts out without taking out the shift rails?
