did a search with no luck. What is the factory tire size for a 1995 Eddie Bauer??

Yup.

And it's 235x75x15. About 28.5 inches.

Right, according to 96 Dealer's Brochure;
Standard size is P235/75Rx15 black sidewall all season

optional size = P265/75Rx15 OWL all terrain
or
P235/75Rx15 OWL all terrain

or P235/75Rx15 OWL all season

Brochure shows an EB w/ OWL Wrangler RT/S

Right; I have it in the Listing above as Optional for 1996 EB

P265/75Rx15 = 30.6x10.4/15

cool, i thought it may have been (i thought i seen it as i should say) 31x10.50x15...no biggie.

It could be either of those two choices. As everybody else says you will have to check the sticker in the door jamb or see if you can find or get a hold of a build sheet. If you are considering regearing or changing tire sizes that will be useful information to have for recalibrating the speedo.
