Ok y'all. Alternator finally died. Took my battery with it.

Ordered the alternator pictured below. 140a.

I know nothing about the electrical system, even though I've read any thread I can find on here.

From what I've found, this alternator will fit. The only thing I need to do is push the factory harness aside and use 4g wire from the alternator to the positive post.

Am I missing anything?

If you have a battery that’s less than 2 years old you can rebuild it with a trickle charge. You need to do that before replacing alternator.
