never mind the last post,, i had a brain fart, its not rich, never mind that

your posible causes are bad secondary ignition(plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil)'
your EGR might be stuck on
timing could be off
vaccum leaks are also a possibilty
also, a motor with low compression that suffers from worn rings, burned valves, or a bad headgasket has the same issues...

Failed because the "thc" was supposed to be 400 but it was 437
If the THC levels are too high, your Bronco ain't sharin' the joint:imp

Sorry to hear it dude, hopefully you can get it taken care fairly easily. Luckily down in the southern part of Oregon, we don't have any sort of test yet.

I didn't even know that you guys up in Portland had to pass emissions. I've seen a DEQ station once before up there but I didn't think everyone was required to pass emmissions. Luckily I don't where I live.
