I don't see this as anything that any body shop couldn't handle? Every car has metal, plastic, and fiberglass parts on it that they paint all the time, so its basicly routine work.
It doesn't look like it needs any repair, just a disassemble, scuff & seal, re-spray, & reassemble with new seals.
Make a few calls, tell them what you want, a light scuff as not to remove the factory texture, then a respray inside & out with a non shiny finish as it came from the factory.
