My brother saw a 78/79 F250 4x4 ranger XLT supercab down in arkansas a couple of years ago while working down there. He went up to the guys door and talked with him for about an hour trying to buying it with no luck...supposedly he purchased it new, and it hasn't moved for several years. It was sitting in his side yard with weeds all around it but still wouldn't sell it. Gotta love him for his loyalty to the ole truck I guess.

Yap I have 400+ acres

Lowered it down to 35's . Three of the 38's were older and wore down to about 50% . And the new one is about 3" taller . And they were a little to big . For stock gearing .

Tint is good. I won't have another one that isn't at least legal limit.
Tint law is really laxed here . And when all the cops figure out this rig belongs to me want have any problems . It's tinted 2% on the back and 5% on the front .

The 91' bronco has went from the 35" boggers to 37x14 Iroks that I picked up brand new used for a steal . And a set of 10" wheels that I got for a steal also . Had to polish the wheels out . But I like it with the 37's just needs gears now .

Got new tie rods and new stabilizer shocks today . Think I'm going to paint the ranchos silver to match the skyjacker. I should have ordered skyjacker ones but I had done ordered them before I decided skyjacker shocks .
U can also see the old shocks also .

I really have no idea . I'm sure there wore out . All the other shocks are . Lol. All the shocks have been on this bronco since it was a show truck in the early 90's .
I also believe u cant buy the kicker kits any more also .
U can buy replacement shocks still tho . There just steering stabilizer shocks .

Yeah. I’ve got rigid kickers on my f150. I’ve always wondered how well a shock would work though. I’d imagine in theory it might contain the wrap on a quick hit like a blip of the throttle, but in rock crawling you would be going slow enough the shock would travel and not cause any bind issues.....
The rigid ones on my f150 aren’t that impressive, so I doubt shock ones are much different, but I guess you don’t know till ya try

I figure they where just a gimmick of the time only reason I'm keeping them is for look it gives . And to try and keep it the way it was when it was a show rig .
