95 engine here showing 86,000 miles the compressions are 155-175lbs and 55 lbs of oil pressure. the price is 850.00

found this at a yard, this will go inplace of my current 302 in my 88 bronco. i probably will plug up the emissions but will i need to worry about the wireharness of my 302 not working with this new of a motor. I will be needin a new ecu and fireguy we can talk about that if you feel this swap will be ok.

this is what the yard also sent but is kinda confusing, maybe im just reading more into this.

Windsor style.
WARNING: Electrical & induction systems vary, compare and switch as
necessary.
Up to flywheel.
Bell housing bolt pattern 8-302.
A
B fits; switch electrical & fuel systems, manifolds as needed.
'88 may have dip stick in pan or block.
E.E.C. IV.
E.F.I.
B
A fits; switch electrical & fuel systems, manifolds as needed.
Upper intake differs from '94 to '95.
E.E.C. IV.
Roller cam.
E.F.I.
With thermactor, AIR (exhaust air check valve provisions) in head.

The motor will work fine with your harness. I'd replace all of the sensor, but that's just me. Your ECU should be fine, but if you really feel you should replace it, I have one. It's from a 90 with AOD. If that's what you need, let me know. By the way, even at 80k miles, that thing may need to be freshend up. Unless this guy is giving you a warranty, I wouldn't pay 850 for it.

just coming with a 100 day warranty

isnt the firing order different from the 302 and 351?

100 days isn't worth it IMO. Try and get them to nock a few hundred off if you can. As far as firing order, no. 95 and later 5.0's have the same firing order as the 351 and 400, which is
1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8.

my bronco is an 88 302/ the motor i am looken at is a 95 351.

kewl, i was hoping fireguy would have read this so we can talk about a computer. I was going to call napa to find out about a flexplate. im going down this afternoon to get it so wish me luck. Crazed i see you got your motor in righton, what year was your motor?

Sorry, I missunderstood. The firing order is the same though.

i thought they were different firing order. between the 302 and 351

Ok, I meant that the firing order for the 351 is 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8. The 302 had different firing orders, but yours should be
1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8. Sorry about the confusion. I don't know why I was mixed up.
