Hey, I'm a new guy, who has owned a bronco for about 5 months. The thing is a mess. I have a 73 engine, bare boned; a late 80's intrument panel, a shift on the fly transfer case (sans computer), and a whole mix of other parts.

I'm currently enrolled in Auto Suspensions; and am currenlty sitting in class. Just wanted to say Hi for now. Will check back when I have more time.

Welcome aboard, there's plenty of info here to help you straighten it out.
To help you navigate the site, here's some site help:

A few things to know:
1. Make sure to vote for FOTM each month by going to the FOTM thread and picking your fav. nominee! (10 new nominees each month, and someday it could be you!)
2. Be sure to vote for this site at TOP4x4 by clicking the link at the top of the page once a day. (It brings us in alot of new traffic!)
3. Post up some pics of your rig!
(click here—>click me, click me!! to find out how!)
4. Add your rig's specs (or a pic) to your sig line. (It comes in handy, when asking questions, for people to know what kinda rig their helping you with!)
5. Before asking a handful of questions please try the search button at the top right hand corner of the page.
It looks like this:
This site has been around long enough that ALOT of topics have already been discussed and now all you gotta do is read.

Again, welcome aboard, make your self at home!!!:thumbup

Welcome aboard! Good luck busting that Bronco.
I was smart. I let the Prev Owner drive the beast to my grandma's old place (sold about a month after I got the bronco). Then I almost completely redid the brakes (just need to replace a rotor and e-brake cable). After the NEW tires all round (31x10.50r15's) I insured it and the fun began. Last thing was a little bit of int work, setting the door panels properly. Still have a long way to go.
