yes, you have the two bolts in the back, IIRC they are 9/16. just unbolt them and shimmy the caliper off the knuckle/backing plate. You really only need to use the c clamp to push the piston back when you are getting ready to remount the caliper, as newer pads are obviously thicker than the old. it should come off pretty easliy
