I searched and found nothing.... I figured I'd ask before rummaging through wrecking yards.

I have an 84 Bronco with the old-style fuel filler and cap. I'd really like to convert to a later model spin-on (threaded) cap without having to cut and weld two fillers together. Do you guys know if a later model Bronco filler neck will bolt on to my 84?

Thanks in advance

I would guess that they will. a lot of Ford parts didn't change between 80 and 96. Take some measurements including the center to center of the mounting screws and take a trip to your local friendly auto recycler.

good luck,

I think you need a newer style gas tank, because IIRC the newer ones have the vent seperate instead of going up the middle of the hose, meaning there are 2 holes in the tank instead of one big one, but I could have been wrong.
