'96 Bronco E4OD...
Turning signal light on at cruising speed sometimes will unlock the Torque Converter for a few seconds then it will lock back up.

I haven't looked at a wiring diagram yet or traced any wires but it sounds like it's got to be a funky gremlin somewhere.

Anyone know off hand what kind of relation the signal light stalk or voltage to the lights would have upon the T Conv wiring?

Feedback through a circuit, probably because of a bad ground in the brake lights.

The BOO(brake on/off) circuit is part of the TC lockup strategy, so tapping the brakes would have the same effect. Check the grounds in the rear of your truck.
