I went off-roading 2 days ago and got the motor wet but everything was fine.Drove home the 1.5 hrs and parked overnight.Went out the next morning for work.Drove about 3 mins. and the tach quit,voltmeter quit and fuel gauge went from half to full.All the other gauges are fine.The only thing I have done is check all fuses in dash and under hood.I also disconnected battery for a couple min.What is my problem?

steve, you say disconnecting the battery erases the EEC's adaptions. now, i've had my battery disconnected several times, and once for about 90 minutes when i was R&Ring my temp gauge (i didn't want to fawk up, so i took my time). my engine has never ran crappy, farted, barfed, stalled. nothing. the only thing that's happened is that i've had to re-program all my stereo presets. why have i heard of this happening all the time, but i've never had it happen to me?
