my shifter is broke and im getting tired of shifting it with a screw driver. is the shift collar the part i need to fix this? thanks

its an auto the piece in the collumn [looks to be lead or cast aluminum] that the lever is attached to.

nope, i think its 722B does anyone know what that part is?
