LOL gotta love canadiens hockey hostility!!!! oh and how about them AV's NYR have NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! chance with Jagr hurt and the HABS are surpriseing the caines!!!!! No offenese but the wings don't deserve to be 2-0!!!!
Wow...the Preds go down 3-1 and all the chest puffin' goes away. As a SJ Sharks season ticket holder since 91, all I can say is...IT MIGHT HELP IF YOUR PREDS COULD SCORE AND EVEN STRENGTH GOAL ONCE IN A WHILE!!! He he he...
Good luck stoppin' the Thornton line. Mason obviously can't stand the heat.
Sharks ownage baby!!!!! Come'on Preds, score a couple goals for your pride, 1 or 2 goals/game just dont cut it.

Lets go RED WINGS!!!!!!!
Ottawa Sens are kicking @$$

that series is as good as locked !

Well here's a thread worth reading! :thumbup
Hard to know who to cheer on as my Canucks choked down the stretch. Watching the Sens has been fun all year, but I'm hoping the Oilers can clip the Wings, and the Flames finally convince Disney that the Ducks really need to lose the 'Mighty.'

We don't get to see the Vancouver games here

I miss that. The last time I saw them, when I lived on the island, they had pink and white uniforms and used "Islanders" in their name.

Looks like Ottawa's "in with a chance" touch wood.

I have been a Sharks fan since they came to San Jose when I was like 8 or 9. My parents have bought season tickets every year since then. I went to the game Thursday night and it was an awesome game! Marleau's hat trick was the highlight for me. Those last two goals that the Preds got shouldn't have happened though. They were really bad goals, IMO.

GO SHARKS!!! :rockon :rockon :rockon :rockon :rockon
OKOK I can admit it why have been out played this series and if you read one of my posts i didn't predict them to go far in the playoffs especially with out Vokoun! They were hot coming into the playoffs butt... Who has surprised me is the AVS, what an upset it will be if they knock off dallas.

This is just my curiosity but what do you think about the penguins more then likely ending up in KC or in Hartford in 07. I know KC has been beging for a team and is even building a new arena just to try to get one but I Dont think Hartford is a good idea. That market i already shared by too many teams

Personally, I'm hoping a team ends up back in Winnipeg. Now call me biased as I live about 4 hours from there. Beautiful new arena already built and hockey just isn't the same with the AHL Moose team. Does KC even have a minor league team?? I doubt Bettman will let another team back into Canada though. His basketball roots keep him thinking that the Southern states are the best fit for any relocations. Ah well, we'll see what happens I guess.

:twak :twak And that's for all the referees calling 30 minutes in penalties every night. Absolute b*llshit in my humble opinion. I've played a ton of hockey, and have reffed pretty much everything except the major Jr. Can't believe how Bettman has them cowering and not letting the players decide who wins. It's pretty much let's give someone a power play, and if possible, let's make it a 5 on 3 so we can get 10 goals a game. :whiteflag
Well from what I here on NHL live is that Winnepeg's new arena is actually too small to put an NHL team in. KC took a poll before they began building the new arena and it was "which would you prefer Hoodlum ball or hockey and Hockey won somthing like 80% of the votes! Hartford gets into this because one of the guys ready to buy the penguins is from there and owns a huge lot of land where he would build an arena.

Yes I hate all the penalities called now and can really feel for these guys!!! I played 1st division in France and in my first game served 20 min. in the sin bin by myself!!!!!!!!! I have never played dirty just very physical!!!! The more noise the hit made the more min they would add on to my penalty. We used to joke and call it the N. american penalty and box min. were at the refs discression. I knew the only French player to ever make it to the NHL and after 2 months with the wings he ran back to France to play with these kind of rules cause it was too rough in the NHL for him.... go figure on that one

Ok, its been a bit since this was brought up to the top. How does everyone feel about it now? Ducks sweep the Av's...Sharks about to wrap it up against the Oily bastartds of Edmonton...Sens, Sabres, Carolina, Jersey... Any thoughts on what the finals will look like? I say San Jose over Carolina in 6. Anyone else want to take a guess?
I dunno

I had my hopes pinned on the Sens, but they barely pulled the 7th game out of the toilet.

Unless their "suck" factor diminishes, they're in a pile of trouble when they meet a team that can actually play hockey.

hahahaha, I don't think so....... 6-3 the final for Edmonton over San Jose.... it looked like the San Jose players didn't even show up!!!!!!!

I think "think" going into the Western confrence final, will be Edmonton vs the Ducks....
I have no defense. What a poor showing that was tonight. The only thing the Sharks have going for them is home ice advantage for game 5 and 7. Other than that, I think our number might be up...:banghead
we'll see how well the oil play on away ice.... now that they have San Jose figured out.....

what is with them pulling Toskala there..... that was a strange move.....
