I tried searching for something and found info about U-Joints but I don't think that is the problem. But I don't know enough to say for sure.

When I hit around 75 MPH I get a grinding / heavy vibration noise from the front end. It only gets louder the faster I go past 75. Before that, it's fine. So I was wondering if any of you could help clue me in to the issue maybe. Thanks.

1992 Eddie Bauer 351 Engine. No upgrades yet. It's stock.

Check the axles and joints also the locking hubs and fluid leve in the diff, you will need a 19mm box end or socket to get it lose to check the level. Also check the fluid for any signs of metal to metal contact doubt it migth be something like that but checking ownt hurt it anyhow. Also check the brake pads, rotors and calipers as well as the brake fluid level.
Start with simple checks then progress further.
