Mild update to this.
Finally got the old windshield out
and got a better looks at that smashed Staz rim.

The rim is trash, bent both sides of the center around the portal box.
Thats at least 3/8 thick :shocked and the portal box oddly seems fine.
(check out vids of rim here)

Anyway, I've decided to fix her. Going to somehow get a windshield back in
and fix that corner of the cage. Already aligned pass tube door and got
that working pretty well. Also considering air bag springs, so I can lower
her down some when I don't really need 8 feet of clearance.

I'll start a new thread when I get more work done.

That wheel is bent pretty bad :duh

Ive got some pretty heavy stuff at work; if you cant figure out any way to straighten it, i can give it a go. I straightened my Cage arm and that's .313 wall tubing, so i might be able to straighten the wheel too. I will definitely ruin the PC, but having it PC'ed is way cheaper than buying a new wheel!

Maybe put it on the left rear (vs right front), on backwards, and roll down Jotters going down hill?? :shrug

I don't know man, swapping the EB body made a huge difference for me. I also narrowed the EB body 6", but we do some pretty tight trails out here in the west.

That was a tough roll on some unforgiving terrain. Strangely enough, I saw the YouTube video before this thread. Glad you’re ok!
