Just purchased A 1993 bronco and My normal turn signals flash just fine but when I turn on my hazards they flash really fast like a bulb is blown But all bulbs are good. Is this normal for them?

That's not normal.

The multi-function switch (turn signal stalk) is a common source of problems, but that doesn't sound like your issue. It could be that a previous owner replaced standard bulbs with LEDs, which often causes hyper flash issues due to the wrong resistance.

You have TWO flasher devices, one on the front side of the fuse panel does the turn signals, one on the BACK of the fuse panel controls the hazard function, swap the two and see if the "fast flashing" changes, or invest $3 for a new one.

Yo Aemnky606,
Welcome!

Related Components to Check; The switch itself, the electrical connections to the switch and the connections to each of the affected components (items such as turn signals, wipers, etc.)..."
