Ever since I removed my rain guards and the adhesive that was holding it on, I'm left with this kind of haze on the paint where the adhesive used to be. I can get some pictures of it tomorrow. Any advice on what I could do to remove it? Maybe a good buffing?

Pick up some clay to clean the paint at advanced auto or autozone. I think it costs about $12?

Anyway you can cut the bar into like 4 sections and it should last you a long time.

It helped a little bit, and its not as noticeable anymore.

Claying will more than likely do nothing to remove haze. Surface contaminates are what get removed with clay bars.

Yep f150online has a very good detailing section. Search in there and make a thread if needed.
