headlight question on a 93

I'm curious too......as I don't know if I'm going to replace the headlights or take them to wal mart to have the lenses cleaned. I saw a poster on the way in the other day saying wal mart cleans headlight lenses......anyone had them do this??

The plastic/rubber pieces stay on. There are 3 clips that hold the headlight in. The top 2 are the easiest to get to. To get to the bottom clip, you'll need to remove the whole beazel. To do this, there are 2 nuts that hold the turn signal in place. I believe they are either 10 or 11mm. Take these two nuts off, then the whole beazel with blinkers and side markers will come off, exposing the bottom clip for the headlight through a small hole. A radiator hose pick works well for removing the clips. Then reinstall in reverse order. The plastic pieces you see on the headlight holds the clips. :thumbup
