Alright So ive decided I'm putting a set of head on my 5.8. What is the better choice trick flow or afr? And what size?

It depends on what you plan on doing with it. Are you looking to run mid 10s?

Seriously, Twisted Wedge heads are pretty trick, but I think AFR makes the best out-of-the-box heads money can buy. AFR 165s and 185s are pretty similar in HP and TQ all the way up to about 4000RPM. They are also about the same price. For a street motor, I would go with the AFR 165s to keep up velocity (and thus, torque). Just my .02.

But in order to take advantage of those heads you're gonne need an intake, maybe a cam, some headers, and a good exhaust.

Stay the hell away from World products anything!! They have the most dumb ass tech support on the planet. Anybody walking down the street knows as much about their products as they do . Which is absolutely nothing.

Pick a set of heads in the 195-215cc range to work with a custom camshaft.
