I did the tailgate out of aluminum alloy and the cage is 1 3/4 dom tubing I have 44 inch radius arms on a 78 dana 44. I used the c bushing still and created my own rear clamp to set my own caster and pinion angle so that i wouldn't have drop brackets to corect it. I have two samari seats in it to raise the driver and passenger up so they can see over the hood. The arb front has always worked great for me. the deriot in the rear is unstopable. 4:56 gears are just about right once i go to 4:1 in the T-case (can you say atlas?) I definatly prefer having a 5 speed over an auto and the fuel injected 5.0 is all the power anyone would need really. having the combo of fuel injection and the solid axle of the older bronco is the best of both worlds at the same time. anything else you wanna know?
