Cape Fear River Bronco
I am south of Fayettville on the Cape Fear river on Hwy 87 about 75 miles from your area give or take. This truck sat in my buddy's yard for a long time with a bad carb and he wouldn't fix it or sell it. He finally needed some money to go buy a new Ford truck so he sold it to me for $1600. The outside needs some TLC which it will get this summer with a new paint job (going back to the same colors) and the inside is almost brand new looking with black/red captains chairs. It has a stock 400m in it which is starting to smoke a little (plan on swapping it out this summer too) which is no big deal. Pretty much a stock 78 with 33/12.50s on it and it rides and drives great. I can't wait to fix a few blemishes and put some new toys on it/in it. It will be a head turner after I dump about 5k in her. I have wanted one of these things since I was a kid!
