So while the trans is getting fixed I'm looking over the wires and I saw this,they have done this before,does any one have a diagram to make sure they have it right, also should I just re do it my self? Thanks

Get rid of those awful corrosion prone butt splices. Looks like you have the old style solenoid pack connector as well. It's prone to moisture and corrosion.

Here is the solenoid pack connector (C1048) diagram:

Those look like open butt connectors. I just peeled some electrical tape back on a butt connector someone like that used to repair the fuel pump wire on my harness project and it was all corroded to heck. I would redo it. I've been soldering and shrink wrapping splices. You definitely want to get to good wire on both sides.

Update:
Connector splices where on correctly so at least who ever did this had some what of an idea what they where doing
Now I'll be taking the butt connectors one by one and soldering them Instead
