so i had to change the flywheel in my 84 351w c6auto. and i got everything on and now the crank is seized. so i took it off put it back on again and when the tranny was backed out i could spin the crank. so i got everything back on and now it is still seized any tips on what it could be.

Yup the torque converter is not fully seated in the trans. Hope you didn't try to start the engine or bolt the engine and trans together too tight. If you did you probably toasted the pump in the front of the trans. Pull it back apart and spin the TC while pushing in until it's fully seated(i believe it's 3 distinct clunks).

yea thats what my buddys dad just told me i did bolt it back in but didnt try starting since i could not spin the crank. How much is it for the pump if i did **** it up?
