ok so my buddy has a 1989 F-250 plow truck, and we put a new motor in it this fall. it has a 351W in it and its all stock EFI. There is no ac on this truck any more, no compressor at all. So he was warming it up the other day to plow, and when he went to turn on the heater he hit the A/C button and the truck shut off, and wont restart. All the electronics work, ie lights, horn, guages, and the truck turns over, but will not start.


Any ideas?

that was the automatic constipate button. Means the the truck gets real shitty and and shuts down. My suggestion is stick a hose up the tail pipe and give it a colonoscopy. Jk Haven't got a clue what the problem is but I just couldn't resist.

Try reseting the electrical. Pull the Battery cables off and let it sit for a min. and put them back on and try again.

ok so it fried the computer some how, popped in a new one and it fired right up
