Not sure of the exact part name…I think locking key…it’s that crescent shaped washer with the bend on one end. I yanked on it and it snapped...now it seems nearly impossible to locate a replacement. Can anyone recommend a source for this or a good junkyard in the bay area?

I don’t think so. Is one end noticeably bent inward (toward the rotor etc)? When I get home tonight, I’ll take a pic of the good one and post it.

Hmm, I still have my old auto hubs from my 86 bronco I think. Might have a spare in those parts. I'll have to see from the pic you post.

Everything you could need for hubs is either in the auto to manual hub conversion kit from Warn or comes with the hub assenbly. I know you have manuals but this is to let you know your parts are available from Warn.

When do you install or remove this piece? Before or after the hub part? :shrug

Thanks everyone...been using the nut for the auto hubs & I think it’s about time I fully convert. Ordering from Jeff’s.
