I have noticed when I back out of my driveway and pull away there is a slow clicking sound coming from the front end. Today I had to spin my wheels a little in reverse because the post office parking lot was a sheet of ice. When I pulled out on the highway the clicking was there for a while this time. It licked faster as I sped up and sounds a little like putting a baseball card in your bicycle spokes, for those of you old enough to remember that. It went away after about 200 yards this time.

I assume my auto hubs are going to need replacing but wanted to check with you guys first.

Sounds like auto hub failure to me.

Could also be one or two warped rotors. Raise your vehicle, rotate your wheel and listen for the warped rotor to pick up and drop your brake pad.

Broncos came factory with a strange sounds. It could be your front brakes check your little brake pins at the bottom of the caliper.
