My dad told me he'd drag race me when I finished rebuilding the engine on my Bronco. He was just looking for a reason for me to get to work, but the time is almost here. I've got an '84 with a 351W. It's mostly stock, bored .030 over, with a mild cam, and a Holley 650. My dad's truck is an '84 Suburban 4x4 with a Goodwrench 350 and Edelbrock 650. I'm going to be honest. His truck is faster, much faster.
What can I do to get an edge on him? I'm thinking less than $200 here. Better cam, headers, screw with his truck?
