the nice thing about owning a bronco is you don't have to make the choice of what to kep in there and what not to. You can keep it all.

i'd keep all of it maybe swap the jack for a hi-lift if you wanna spend the coin. What do you need a torx bit set for? other than that it seemed like a good list to me. but as for my list i dont carry much but now with my bigger lift and tires going on I ave a funny feeling that im gunna be breaking more than my fair share of drive line parts so ill have a pretty extensive list soon.

I found a cool little three-level tool kit that I keep my truck crap in. it's got a big tub bottom for my fluids, and two tool levels to it. It even matches the interior of the Bronco, so it doesn't scream steal me from 100' away in a parking lot.

As for what's in it:

Haynes Manual
Socket sets x2
Assorted Tool Bag with the works
Flashlights x2
Utility knives x2
Jar of zip ties and fast straps
Coolant tester
Jumper Cables
20' & 30' tow straps
2.5 ton come-along
Mini step stool (so's I can wash my windows and roof ;) )
Misc Fluids & Oil, etc.
Washing supplies (soap, chamios, window and interior stuff)
Electrical and Duct Tape
100' Extension cord
Battery Charger w Boost Function

And for work

Med First Aid Kit
10lb Fire Extinguisher
Bunker Gear
Misc Radio Accessories

Once I perform the tune up in January, I'll stick the old belt/plugs/wires back there for spares.

Like a friggin Boy Scout, Always Prepared! lol

I'm not gonna list all the tools in my Bronco tool bag(a lot) but the most important things I carry are;

paper clip(for pulling codes), print out (from Fordfuelinjection.com) of all the codes and what they are. Also have a spare TFI module, TFI mod tool, alt. fuse, bulbs, fuses, relays and starter relay.

Nowhere near the gear that you guys carry unless I'm going to be doing more than pavement pounding. I've got a basic socket set, an extra serpentine belt, a qt of oil, electrical tape, zip ties, fuses, etc. I always carry my AAA card though!

Well, in my toolbox/bumper. I have a ball peen hammer,: pry bar, crowbar, toolbox with basic tools. About 20 feet of hooked chain, a couple of hooks, a couple of shackles, a tree strap, Alan Keyes, screwdrivers. 1 L of oil, 1 L of transmission fluid, rain gear and a few more things I cannot think of right now.

In the truck. I have a 12 V trouble light and mag light a fish bunker, first-aid kit, beef jerky sunflower seeds. Various types of candy, change of socks, work gloves winter gloves tie straps. More tools, penetrating fluid, wire, rope, tie straps, plastic bags, blankets, dunage, cardboard, roadmap spare headlight bulbs and I'm sure at least a dozen other things I forgot to mention.

ghostrider...I like the inverter/coffee maker idea (I love coffee to the point that if jaun valdez could grow breasts on his back I'd marry that biotch!) Oh yeah, I left out the cleaning/washing/wax supplies too. I keep 90% of the stash in a big tuppyware thing, so none of it is really in the way. Need to rotate stock on the bung wipe now & then too. :thumbup

the torx bits are for the various dash panel screws.
