Hi guys,

Just got my new Bronco (96EB, 5.8, all stock) and am looking forward to tearing it up... I'm a structural/mechanical engineer with lots of ideas but limited practical knowledge :duh so hopefully I can learn a lot from this and maybe eventually contribute to the community here. I am familiar with the 'search' process, but you can probably expect a lot of stupid questions from me in the near future. :)

I've been reading the 80-96 general threads back to about July 03, and was wondering what the philosophy is for reviving ancient threads here? Some of the projects seemed about to get interesting, before suddenly ending. Should I revive the threads or just try to email the participants?

Also, anyone here in or near OKC?

Welcome to FSB. :thumbup Just reply in the original thread, or Pm the person. Replying would be the best because the person may be active on the site anymore. Let's see what mod says about it though.

Here's somethings to help you post us some pics. etc.
A few things to know:
1. Make sure to vote for FOTM each month by going to the FOTM thread and picking your fav. nominee! (10 new nominees each month, and someday it could be you!)
2. Be sure to vote for this site at TOP4x4 by clicking the link at the top of the page once a day. (It brings us in alot of new traffic!)
3. Post up some pics of your rig!
(click here—>click me, click me!! to find out how!)
4. Add your rig's specs (or a pic) to your sig line. (It comes in handy, when asking questions, for people to know what kinda rig their helping you with!)
5. Before asking a handful of questions please try the search button at the top right hand corner of the page.
It looks like this:
This site has been around long enough that ALOT of topics have already been discussed and now all you gotta do is read.

Again, welcome aboard, make your self at home!!!:thumbup

Welcome Sleepy!
Since you're a SE, take a look at the frame rivets someday and let me know what you think of those things (Ford does have a rivet replacement TSB though).
