OK thanks this is what i thought, wanted to be sure. so with the manual hubs once i unlock them that is it? no need to back up for the electric transfer case?

Once you unlock them and begin to drive forward, they may still be locked for like a half revolution of the tire or so. But no you don't have to back up. The electric transfer case is disengaged once you push the button.
