Welcome! Those chrome steel wheels are actually probably the rarest wheel on a bronco from the 92-96 era. And yes, i said 92-96; those are not the '89 factory wheels. More specifically, they are from a 92-94 as in 95, the center caps went from red to black.

Yep. The wheels arent that rare but certainly moreso than the 10 hole aluminum wheels.

Clean the exterior with pressure washer or car wash. Carpet can be done the same way if you remove it from the bronco. Engine can alwo be done with the pressure washer but tape a small heavy duty bag over the distributor so water doesnt get inside.
