I replaced the ignition switch and the ignition lock cylinder, but I can't get it to turn over via key. I have to jump the solenoid by the battery. Any thoughts on what the issue could be?

Probably misadjusted ignition switch? You may just have to pull the switch back on the column a hair. I can’t remember the setting, but I k ow you attempt to center the switch in the actuator “float”. Maybe with key in run position?
